MOPS Craft: Zacchaeus’ Moneybag

Melody loves the MOPPETS program at MOPS. They do a craft that goes along with the lesson each time. It is a great way for the kids to remember what the story was about.

This week’s lesson was on Zacchaeus.

Materials

  • Paper
  • Yarn
  • Chocolate Coins
(Some chocolates were eaten already, but they each got 4 coins.)

Instructions
Teachers prepared the photocopies of the moneybag on the paper.

  1. Lace the yarn through the holes.
  2. Put chocolate coins into the moneybag.
  3. Remember to share the chocolate coins with friends.
